Terms and Conditions
These terms apply when submitting a Jhatpat partner application. An application does not guarantee a partnership, employment, income or order volume.
For all applicants
Information must be accurate and current. Applications are subject to verification, eligibility, service-area coverage and operational availability. Misleading, abusive or fraudulent applications may be rejected. Jhatpat may contact applicants through the contact details supplied about their applications.
Retailer applications
Introductory offer: 0% commission on the first ₹50,000 of eligible sales, followed by up to 5% commission, subject to final approved terms. The eligible-sales basis, exclusions, applicable taxes, refunds/cancellations and commission calculation must be approved in writing by the owner before becoming binding or appearing in a partner agreement.
Delivery applications
Opportunities depend on local demand, service area, availability, verification and operational rules. Income, payouts, incentives, shifts and order volume are not guaranteed. Applicable payout and operating rules will be communicated separately during selection.
Approval and further terms
Form submission only confirms receipt of an application. Approval is not automatic. Approved applicants may need to complete a separate partner agreement, verification or onboarding process.
